Quarantine |

When an inquiry form on health is distributed on board, please fill in the required information and submit it at the quarantine counter.
If you have had symptoms such as diarrhea or fever, and you are not feeling well, please do not hesitate to visit Health Consultation Office. |

Immigration(for Entering Japan) |

| Please proceed to the booth titled either Japanese Passports or Foreign Passports, and present your passport to the immigration officer. |

Baggage Claim |
|
| At the baggage claim area, please claim your luggage from the carousel that is displaying your flight number, while cross-checking your baggage receipt number. |

Animal / Plants Quarantine
When you are bringing animals (or meat) or plants (including fruits) etc. to Japan, you will go through import inspection at the plant / animal quarantine counter after receiving your luggage.

Custom Inspection |
|
If your goods are within the limit of duty free, please come to the table with green lights. If your goods are exceeding the limit of duty free, or if you are not sure whether your goods are within the limit of duty free, please come to the table with red lights.
All passengers entering Japan are required to submit the customs declaration.
Please pay tax at the bank in the immigration area. |

Domestic Flights Check-in (Boarding Procedures) |

Please go to the 3rd fl. departure lobby and check-in early.
Please present your flight ticket at the counter of your airline, and leave your luggage at the counter except for your carry-on luggage.
Please receive your boarding pass and baggage receipt from airline staff. |

Security Inspection |

In order to prevent hijacking, we conduct carry-on luggage / security inspections.
Please present your boarding pass to our staff, and place your carry-on luggage through the X-ray scanner.
Passengers themselves go through a metal detection gate for security inspection.
*Please put your purse, mobile telephone, and other small and personal items in your bag or display it in the tray, and join the line. |

At the gate, please get on board following the guidance of airline staff.
*Your boarding gate will be decided on the departure day. After arriving at the airport, please check the flight information board, or ask airline / travel agent staff. |
