Hatcho miso is an original product made in Okazaki, central Japan. This miso made using traditional technique and became one of the most famous miso varieties in central Japan. It takes about two years to make Hatcho miso. You can eat konyaku with Hatcho miso on it. Miso is really good for your health. It also prevent cancer and many other diseases.

★Access: Walk about 5 minutes from Okazakikoen-mae Station (650 yen via the Meitetsu train from Nagoya)
