Ine-no-Funaya (Boat Houses)

Ine is located in Tango, which is in the north of Kyoto Prefecture. Tango is called as “sea of Kyoto”. More than 230 boat houses are lined up along the Ine bay. The first floor is used as the boat garage and the second floor is used for living. It’s an attractive place for photography or painting. You can take a boat (public or private) to look around the beautiful scenery.
★Access: Tamba bus from Miyazu station or Amanohashidate station toward Ine.
1) Get off at “Inewan-meguri hide” for taking cruise (680 yen). 
2) Get off at “Funayanosato Koen-mae”, and walk about 10 mins to the park.
3) Walk about 20 mins from the park to enter the boat house street. Private boat service is available at 1000 yen.
