Domestic Arrivals

Once the airplane arrives, the whole procedure takes about 5-20 minutes.

1.Baggage Claim
At the baggage claim area, please claim your luggage from the carousel that is displaying your flight number, while cross-checking your baggage receipt number.
*If you can not find your luggage or your luggage is damaged, please declare it to the airline staff.

2.Arrival Lobby
When you arrive at the arrival lobby, the procedure is completed. Thank you very much for your cooperation.
If you have time, please visit Sky Town on the 4th floor, and enjoy our restaurants, events, or bath with a great view, etc.

3.Access Plaza
When you go home, please head to Access Plaza and use appropriate transportations.
