It’s winter in Japan and it's time for the beautiful winter illumination! Nabana no Sato (なばなの里) in Mie is one of the most famous as well as the biggest illumination attractions. (^_-)-☆
This park's illumination will be open till the 31st of March this year. The main theme changes every year. This year's theme is the Niagara Falls.
If you have already been to Nabano no Sato or you have already seen a lot of illumination, you should not forget this park during other seasons. Due to the changing seasons, there will always be different kinds of flowers blooming in the park.
Nabana no Sato is located near Nagashima Spa Land, and you can reach it with the Meitetsu Bus from Nagoya Station (every 30 minutes from Meitetsu Bus Center) or by train and a free shuttle bus. If you’re travelling by car, you can use the free parking lot. The entrance fee is 2,100 yen but you will receive two 500 yen coupons for shopping inside the park.
