Centrair is working to develop and improve customer satisfaction awareness campaigns through customer satisfaction airport liaisons, which are made up of related organizations and groups within the airport who work to improve customer satisfaction throughout the airport. These are the achievements of Centrair's customer satisfaction system.
From the basic design stage, Centrair sought direct verification and opinions from persons with disabilities and academic experts in order to build an airport that is accessible for everyone.
At Centrair people from the local area take part as volunteers and help with facility guidance and field trips, offering our guests warm hospitality. Volunteers are in both the terminal building and access plaza, please feel free to ask for assistance.
With the aim of being an environmentally advanced airport, from the early stages of the airport's conception through the construction phase and into our current daily operations Centrair has been working on reducing our environmental footprint. In addition, we monitor the environmental status of the airport's surrounding area.
