At Centrair, we are working to improve and enlighten CX awareness throughout the airport by conducting various initiatives for CX awareness through the CX Airport Liaison Committee, which is made up of related organizations and groups within the airport. From the basic design stage, Centrair sought direct verification and opinions from persons with disabilities and academic experts in order to build an airport that is accessible for everyone.
At Centrair people from the local area take part as volunteers and help with facility guidance and field trips, offering our guests warm hospitality. Volunteers are in both the terminal building and access plaza, please feel free to ask for assistance.
With the aim of being an environmentally advanced airport, from the early stages of the airport's conception through the construction phase and into our current daily operations Centrair has been working on reducing our environmental footprint. In addition, we monitor the environmental status of the airport's surrounding area.
