Contacting Centrair by Telephone

We record phone calls regarding inquiries by phone in order to ensure accuracy. Personal information about recordings will not be used for any other purpose.

Contacting Centrair by Email

For responses to inquiries by e-mail, it may take some time to respond during periods when normal business is suspended, such as Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, transfer holidays, and new year holidays (December 29–January 3). Also, we may not be able to respond to all inquiries. Thank you for your understanding.
