Flight Park (FLIGHT OF DREAMS)

The change of how to visit the cockpit

Starting on August 15th, the way in which cockpit visits of the Boeing 787 ZA001 are conducted will change as follows.

How to visit the cockpit

On Thursday, December 23, 2021, the Flight Park on the first floor of FLIGHT OF DREAMS will reopen!

Experience the scale and power of the first Boeing 787 (ZA001) up close!

The "Flight Park" has been renewed as a free area where visitors can experience aviation and airports while having fun. (*Some contents are charged.)
There are two areas in the Flight Park. In the "Exhibition Area", you can enjoy learning about aviation and airports through movies and panels. In the "Kids Area", children can play with playground equipment while feeling close to real airplanes (for children between 0 and 12 years old).

Exhibition Area

Visitors can get a closer look at the Boeing 787, the largest aircraft on display in Japan. Through panels, movies, and actual exhibits, you can learn about the Boeing 787, the mechanism of airplanes, the airport, and aviation-related jobs.
You can enjoy a special view from the 4th floor viewing deck.

  • Deepen the understanding of the role and mechanism of airplanes by looking at ZA001.

  • Experience the size of a real engine with a diameter of 2.8 meters.

  • Stand on a runway that is about one-third the size of the real one.

  • Learn about Centrair and aviation-related jobs.

  • Experience what it feels like to be in the cockpit of ZA001, which realistically reproduces the conditions of flight.
