Premium Lounge Centrair

This service is available for passengers arriving at or departing from Centrair.
There is no lounge in Terminal 2. Those departing from Terminal 2 can also use the Credit Card Members Lounge on the third floor of Terminal 1.

Usage

• To use the lounge, please present an applicable credit card, boarding pass or airline ticket to a receptionist. They will confirm your name on both the card and boarding pass.
• For arrivals please present your boarding pass stub.
• For passengers using ticketless service, please present an applicable credit card and your mobile reservation screen to a receptionist. As we are unable to confirm airline confirmation numbers or QR codes, please inquire with lounge staff if you do not have one.

Eligible Customers

Anyone with an applicable credit card and a boarding pass for the day's flights may use the lounge free of charge.

＊Even if your credit card brand is eligible, each card may have different terms and conditions.

＊Cards issued overseas are generally not accepted (some exceptions may apply).

• Boarding pass
• Air ticket
• E-ticket
• Reservation completion screen
• Mobile reservation screen
• Checked baggage voucher
• Travel itinerary (for group passengers)

* Please present one of the above. 

Guests

A companion of a person using the premium lounge can use the lounge at the following rates per person even if he or she does not have an applicable credit card.

* There is no limit to the number of companions.

*Companions who do not have a boarding pass can also enter the room for a fee.
