Fujita Health University Hospital The Chubu International Airport Medical Clinic is located on the second floor of Terminal 1. We perform general medical care, first responder emergency medical care, medical checkups, and vaccination at Centrair.

Central Japan International Airport PCR Testing Center

The Central Japan International Airport PCR Testing Center, integrated with a PCR testing laboratory, is located in the Central Japan International Airport Clinic.
The PCR Testing Center is equipped with a high-speed nasopharyngeal PCR testing device, which enables the determination of test results for new coronaviruses in about 4 hours. (appointment is required).

Opening hours: 9:00-13:00 JST (The negative certificate will be ready by 17:00); all year long (365 days)

Testing capacity: Max. 35 tests per day
Test fee: JPY 29,700 (tax included) *Including one certificate issuance fee.

<Flow from appointment to the day of the test>

(1) Please make an appointment at least 3 days (72 hours) in advance at the Central Japan International Airport Clinic website.
(2) On the day of the test, check in at the receptionist of the clinic.
(3) Provide your passport and reservation information to the receptionist.
(4) Collection of nasopharyngeal swabs by a clinical laboratory technician at a private specimen collection booth.
(5) RT-PCR test will be performed using a fully automated nucleic acid amplification system.
(6) We will inform you by phone as soon as the negative certificate is ready (approximate: about 4 hours later * depending on the degree of congestion)
(7) Receive the negative certificate at the Information Center on the 3rd floor of the Terminal 1.

It is now possible to receive a negative certificate for the PCR test for overseas travelers at the Information Center on the 3rd floor of Terminal 1.

If you have taken the "PCR test for overseas travelers" at Fujita Medical University Hospital (Toyoake City), Fujita Medical University Bantaine Hospital (Nakagawa-ku, Nagoya City), and Fujita Medical University Okazaki Medical Center (Okazaki City), you can now collect your negative test result certificate at the Information Center on the 3rd floor of Terminal 1. To receive this service, you will need to take the PCR test at a hospital operated by Fujita Gakuen Educational Corporation and specify the location where you would like to receive the certificate at the time of the test.
