"Misen," which has been beloved by the people of Nagoya since its establishment in 1960, will reopen as "Yaba Misen!" In addition to Misen's original Taiwan ramen, which is a Nagoya specialty known around the country, you can now enjoy authentic Chinese dishes such as offal ramen and stir-fried greens at a reasonable price.

Taiwan Ramen

The bright red soup with an impactful appearance has a rich, chicken-based, soy sauce flavor. The Misen style features plenty of ground pork and chives sauteed with chili peppers and garlic on top.

Offal Ramen

Yaba Misen exclusive menu. Please give it a try if you cannot handle the spicy Taiwan Ramen, or if you want to gain some strength.

Stir-Fried Greens

850 yen (tax included)

The stir-fried dishes are made on the restaurant's custom-made gas stove with 10 times the standard level of heat. High heat is the life force of Chinese food, so please come to Misen to enjoy the flavor that you cannot get elsewhere.
