"Nameshi Dengaku'' is a specialty of Tokaido post towns. This set includes 5 pieces of tofu dengaku, nameshi rice, and soup. The nameshi is made with "Yumematsuri" newly harvested rice used for the imperial offering from Hattori farm in Oguchi, Aichi, cooked with non-dried daikon leaves and finished with roasted sesame seeds.

Soft, unpressed soymilk tofu made with a blend of soybeans from Hokkaido and Aichi. It is the highest quality, artisan-made tofu, carefully cooked without defoaming additives and formed by craftsmen using bittern. The umami and sweetness of the tofu is preserved in rich soymilk, rather than soaking it in water.
