Seian Toshomen

This is not ramen, or even udon. This is our secret Chinese-flavored Toushoumen.　It's a traditional dish from ancient times in the Xi'an region of China. We cut a mass of dough made of wheat flour with a unique knife, and then place it directly in a pot to cook. Our spicy soup with firm noodles and spices is delicious! Please enjoy the authentic taste.
